Description
We are a dynamic, innovative, high-tech company with about 1,000 employees. We are a private global company that has been around since 1999 and growing and due to growth seeking an Inside Sales Manager for their Nashville office.
This individual will lead, coach and manage the entire internal sales and revenue management departments. There are about 20+ Inside Sales Reps.
You will focus on growth initiatives to build up accounts and generate sales leads for conversion to the field sales force.
Provide proper direction, leadership and management to the team for quick turn around of administrative tasks in order to capture new business.
Traditional leadership, coaching, hiring, performance management and accountability for all Inside Sales Reps.
Internal sales training of new hires and special projects.
Target and develop sales opportunities / strategies for growth in all areas.
Maximize profitability for the business and satisfy the customer base through prevention and resolution of sales/service issues. Manage the budget specific to the internal sales department.
Attend Sales Management meetings and market strategy sessions. Manage the various sales and administrative processes.
Must have a strong passion for sales with 3+ years Sales Management experience and 5-10 years overall inside and or outside sales experience with a track record of success and strong customer focus.
Must have excellent leadership skills, strong ability to influence others, strong presentations skills, oral and written communications.
This is solely managing and mentoring the team-No quotas or calls for this Manager.
Must have BS/BA with a strong drive to succeed, lead and succeed.
Must be able to multi-task as this is a very fast paced environment and must have the ability to communicate with all levels including C level executives.
