Description

Field sales position is responsible for selling fire sprinkler service; moves, add and changes. It also requires high energy level with a focus toward customers and a strong desire to succeed.



• Manage the entire sales process, from uncovering opportunity, developing solution/value proposition, preparing design, closing opportunity and providing on-going customer service. Good organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communications skills required.



• Prepare proposals, make presentations and perform necessary follow-up for successful closing of sale. Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designated sales plan. Maintain established accounts through regular contact in pursuit of additional sales.



• Working closely with managers, sales staff, contractors, owners, design engineering, service and support staff to increase sales on projects of all sizes in the Fresno office.

Minimum Qualifications:



• Have 2 years experience in the fire sprinkler business including design.
• Strong verbal / written communication skills and experience with PC’s and Microsoft suite.
• Have an understanding of related NFPA codes, regulations and project management experience.
• Successfully pass background check, drug screen and High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record and the ability to pass drug screen and employment
